We started Vault when we saw that ambitious businesses could achieve even more with the right marketing and communications support.
Judith Porter
Judith is a marketing and communication expert with a twenty-year career built in small and large organisations in the UK and internationally. Before co-founding Vault in 2022, she was a UK Government Communications Director (DFID, MOJ, BEIS), providing advice to Ministers and delivering departmental brand strategy, media relations, social media, marketing and corporate communications - leading teams of up to 300 people, and with extensive experience of managing agencies to deliver high-profile campaigns.
Previously she was the Head of Marketing for the Department of Business, and Director of Marketing at the charity Tommy’s, leading all elements of marketing strategy and implementation. She started her career as a brand manager for Procter and Gamble and Coca Cola.
She’s also the founder of eco-tech start-up Climate Habits.
Lisa Lucas
Lisa is a senior marketer specialising in building brand awareness and lead generation with data, content, partnerships and paid media strategy. Before co-founding Vault in 2022, she worked both agency and client-side in the UK and globally leading teams responsible for £15m+ campaigns.
At Dentsu, she led the Philips UK media planning and buying team (responsible for £15m+) across brand and performance, B2C and B2B. While sitting on the Global leadership team across 55 markets, she was accountable for commercial governance and network management. She led creative teams in The StoryLab developing brand stories and entertainment with media owners. There she built a digital strategy consultancy to leverage client partnerships and associations, working with brands such as British Airways, Diageo and Microsoft. Prior to her agency experience, she worked as a marketing manager in varied roles across strategy, PR, CRM, Social, UX, copy-writing and creative.
She is also a freelance writer seen in Monocle, CNBC and Families Love Travel.
